if you were a hamster would you rather have a hamster wheel (no matter how fast you run you always stay still; but you can choose to get off and on) or a hamster ball (you can see the world, but never touch it; you have to wait for your human to put you in and take you out)? ... I can no longer tell whether this is still metaphorical — <p>run hamster run</p>
